Are You A Pissed-Off American?

I am one pissed-off American who believes can make a difference. I created this website on September 26, 2010 after reading a few posts on Facebook™ and watching a video of the Cobert interview that took place in the halls of congress. What a mockery. I've been to that chamber. I sat in that balcony. I watched as congress began their day... with a prayer.

This country has young men and woman who die and get seriously hurt every day in places like Afghanistan and Iraq. This country has millions of people out of work and desperately trying to make ends meet. This country is made up of strong-willed, determined, unselfish people... people like you and me that have had enough, that are pissed-off.

It's time to take action.

What Is The Goal?

The goal is to remove career politicians by instituting term limits on members of congress. This is a single, laser focused goal... serve 12 years and you are done.

• Set the total number of years a member can serve to 12 (applies to time spent in the House, Senate or both)
• Change the House term to six years with a vote every two years (same as the Senate)
• Remove the pension system for members of congress (only the President and Vice President receive pensions)

That's it. No ifs, ands or buts. You go to Washington DC, you do your job and you go home.
